"I ordered two dresses in the..."
I ordered two dresses in the exact same size, and they fit like they came from two completely different size charts. One was way too tight, and the other was loose in random places. I checked the size chart before ordering, so this wasn’t just me guessing wrong. It’s really frustrating to have to go through the hassle of returns because the sizing is so inconsistent. The company needs to take responsibility for this and do better with quality control. I’m not sure I’d order again

The clothes themselves were fine, but trying to return something was frustrating. I thought I understood the policy, then the email I got seemed to say something different, so I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. It felt like there were a lot of little rules and not much clear help. I’d probably only order again if I was completely sure about the size

"Processing took forever haha"
My order was stuck in processing for way too many days with no real update. I kept having to check on it myself, and it got annoying haha. It just felt really slow, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

It looks really close to the photos. The pictures were accurate overall, though the color was just a tiny bit different in person. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it when I opened it.

I was close to ordering from Shop Socialite, but after looking around at the brand’s reputation and seeing a bunch of mixed comments, I got a little uneasy. It just feels like there isn’t enough clear info, and I started wondering if there might be extra fees or some catch at checkout. Too many red flags for me right now, so I’m going to pass for the time being

"Colors were pretty much spot on"
Ordered a top from shopsocialite.com and was a little nervous the color would look different in person.
Came in looking almost exactly like the photos, just maybe a tiny bit softer under my bedroom light. Still the same shade I was hoping for.
Made me happy since I’ve had bad luck with online colors before. Would definitely order again

The promo seemed good at first, but when I actually used the discount codes, the savings were kind of underwhelming. I don’t know, there was just something about it that made the deal feel not as great as advertised.

The payment went through without any issues, but it did take a bit longer than I expected to confirm. I was checking it while talking with my sister, and we both thought it was a little slow. Nothing major though, it worked fine in the end.

"Customer service took way too long to get back to me"
I mean, I do like some of the stuff on the site, and overall it’s not like I had the worst experience ever or anything. But, yeah, the customer service was slow. I messaged them about my order and basically ended up waiting a few days just to hear back. And then when they finally did reply, it was kind of vague and didn’t really solve much for me. So, yeah, not terrible, but a bit frustrating.

"Frustrating to shop compared to other sites"
I tried shopping on shopsocialite.com and found it frustrating. The site felt clunky, the filters didn’t narrow things down the way I expected, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic items. Compared to other online stores I use, the whole experience felt a lot less smooth and intuitive. Checkout was also kind of unclear, which made me second-guess if I even wanted to keep going. I ended up giving up after a while. Definitely not the best shopping experience

"Fabric was okay, but nobody seemed to read my note"
I ordered a dress from Shop Socialite, and the fabric felt soft when I first tried it on. After wearing it for a few hours, though, it started feeling a little itchy in a few spots. The fit was fine, but comfort-wise it was just average for me. I also sent a message with a small question and felt like nobody actually read it, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, not terrible, just not as comfortable as I was hoping.

I don’t know... I just didn’t really like the style of the site. The design feels kind of busy and cheap, like there are too many things all trying to grab your attention at once. Some pages didn’t look that clean on my phone either, which made browsing a bit annoying. It made me trust the site less. I think it would be much better if it was simpler and easier on the eyes.
